These terms apply to the Shiksha CRM mobile app and web platform provided by Shiksha CRM (a NioDelta product, Nashik, India). By signing in you agree to them.
The service
Shiksha CRM lets schools share information with parents, students and staff and run school operations. Your account is created by your school, and your school controls what information you can see. Information shown in the app (attendance, fees, marks, bus location) comes from your school; if something looks wrong, contact the school office.
Your account
- Keep your phone and one-time codes private. Do not share your sign-in with anyone.
- Use the app only for its purpose — school communication and administration.
- Do not try to access other people's records, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
Payments
Fee payments are made to your school through Razorpay. Refunds and fee disputes are handled by the school under its own fee policy.
Bus tracking
Bus positions depend on the driver's phone, GPS and mobile network, and may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time and request account deletion. Your school may deactivate your account, for example when a student leaves.
